Rivia.AI supports multiple types of demos for different use cases. This is a quick overview about the demo types along with their use cases.

All customer facing teams require product demos but the goals and use cases varies from team to team. For example - the demo environment that the sales team uses on their live zoom calls is very different from what a marketing team would put on the website.

  2. Playground Demos

Linear Demos

Linear product demo are a self-guided walkthrough of your software that gives prospects a hands-on experience of the product. This lets customers and prospects understand relevant features and demonstrate how you solve their pain points.

Use Cases

  • Lead Generation

    • You can embed these demos on your website or landing pages and enable your prospects to experience the product without signing up or booking a call.

  • Customer Education

Playground Demos

Playground demos are unguided demo environments that you can use to demo your product on a live sales call. There is no pre-defined flow to these demos and the user can present these as per their own preferance.
